Estella Guido, a rising senior and Honor Roll student at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California, grew up in a family deeply rooted in the sports industry.

The oldest of three daughters of Thea and Al Guido, Estella has two younger sisters, Sloane and Tatum. Her mother served as an executive for the Philadelphia 76ers, Flyers, and Phoenix Coyotes before retiring to raise her family. Her father has worked in sports since college and is currently the CEO of the San Francisco 49ers and Elevate, a sports and entertainment agency.

Inspired by both of her parents, Estella plans to study sports business and communications/media, with the goal of building a career in the industry that has shaped her family. She has already begun gaining hands-on experience through internships with the San Francisco 49ers, the US Open, and Elevate.

A multi-sport athlete, Estella has competed in track and field and basketball at Saint Francis, and plays club basketball with the Fever AAU program and the Zebraettes of the Bay Area Asian League, where she takes pride in her Malaysian heritage. On the court, she’s known as the player who does whatever the team needs — coachable, relentless, and fully committed. For Estella, the game has always been about more than the final score: it’s the locker room camaraderie, the bonds with teammates, and the grit required to push through the hard moments. Her goal isn’t to be remembered for her stats, but for the difference she made and the mark she left on her program.
